Renew License

Online renewal is only allowed for RN and LPN licenses that are in an active status.

Before you begin online renewal, have the following information available:

• Renewal postcard; if you did not receive a postcard, VERIFY your licensure information
  • You may change or update your address while renewing
  • If your name has changed complete and follow the instructions on the Name Change Request Form
  • The Board accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover
  • Your address on credit card statement

  When renewing - DO NOT use the back button in your browser. If you want to exit, click Cancel & Exit on the bottom of page.

  A receipt with a confirmation number will display if your application and payment submitted successfully. Print receipt as proof of payment.
